(“FFM&F”) also collects personal information that users voluntarily submit such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other information necessary to process requests. Be aware that information may be subject to the high school’s obligation to respond to subpoenas, court orders, discovery requests, and requests for public records under the Wisconsin Public Records law. The Fox Folk Marionettes & Friends, Inc. (“FFM&F”) website contains links to other independently run websites. To provide better service, site links connect users with links to other local, national, and international organizations/agencies. Fox Folk Marionettes & Friends, Inc. FFM&F also protects users’ information offline. FFM&F’s computers that store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and password protected.

Fox Folk Marionettes & Friends, Inc. (“FFM&F”) takes reasonable steps to ensure that users’ personal information is accurate, complete, and current. Users may request 1) to see what data FFM&F has collected from them, 2) to change/correct any data collected, 3) delete data FFM&F holds, and 4) express their concerns/conditions about FFM&F’s use of the collected data. Consistent with applicable law, FFM&F will respond promptly to such requests and in any event within thirty (30) days. For your protection, FFM&F may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address used to send the request and may need to verify the user identity before making any changes. We may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause the school to violate applicable laws. Note that FFM&F may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and that there may be residual information that will remain in databases or other records which will not be removed. 6. Children’s Privacy

Personal information about children who are under 13 years of age is not knowingly or intentionally collected.
